Due to the nature of food and beverage products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.
Eligible Return Cases

Refund or Replacement
After reviewing the claim, Buba Water may:

Issue a refund for the affected product(s).
The decision will depend on the nature of the issue.
Return Shipping Costs
For approved claims, all return shipping costs will be covered by Buba Water.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns and refunds are not accepted for:

Consumed products

Products with damaged or removed seals

Products no longer suitable for resale due to hygiene or health reasons
