At Buba Water, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.

 

Eligible Return Cases

Customers may request a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • The product is broken during shipment.

  • The wrong product is delivered.

  • The order is incomplete.

 

Return Request Procedure

To initiate a claim, customers must contact info@bubawater.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

 

Refund or Replacement

After reviewing the claim, Buba Water may:

  • Send a replacement product; or

  • Issue a refund for the affected product(s).

The decision will depend on the nature of the issue.

 

Return Shipping Costs

For approved claims, all return shipping costs will be covered by Buba Water.

 

Non-Returnable Products

Returns and refunds are not accepted for:

  • Opened products

  • Consumed products

  • Products with damaged or removed seals

  • Products no longer suitable for resale due to hygiene or health reasons
